Dispenser Station for Grease application is a machine designed to insert grease (nyogel) inside the connectors cavities to protect the terminals and prevent corrosion.

The dispenser station is usually installed in the electrical test board and the insertion is done after complete the electrical test.

Cycle time to inset the grease will depends on the size and quantity of connectors. Insertion is performed simultaneously in all the connectors

There is the possibility to have a stand-alone dispenser station, but in this case all the harnesses must be move to it from the Test Board with the consequence handling.
