Emdep Group finished last Friday 10th at the HQ in Alio (Spain), Plant Managers Annual Summit 2017. Led by Emdep CEO, Mr. Diego Amores and GM, Mr. Fernando Cadilhe and with the participation of Global Managers, Operations and Plant Managers for the 14 Emdep facilities, we had the opportunity to share experiences from different regions and analyze manufacturing best practices with the target to increase productivity, reduce delivery time and better attend our customers’ demands.
