What is the Concentricity Tool?
The Concentricity Tool enables precise measurement of the circularity and concentricity between the outer circle and the inner element of a connector, identifying any deviation or defect that could impact the performance of the cable.
Circularity:
Analyses the circularity of the outer and inner elements of the connector to detect defects in the mesh and internal components.
Concentricity:
Calculate the concentricity between the outer circle and the inner element to detect any misalignment.
- Evaluation of the degree of concentricity.
- Accurate extraction of the center of the outer circle and the inner element.
- Measurement of the distance between centers.
